Our Strategy

At 50/50 Leadership, we aspire to even the imbalance by equipping women, from all walks of life, with the tools to:

  1. Achieve the financial security needed to pursue their dreams through our Financial Literacy Programs

  2. Gain the confidence to become leaders in their communities and workplaces with our mentorship programs and educational events

50/50 Leadership also strives to multiply its impact in the community by fostering initiatives which are aligned with its goal of diverse leadership representation. As such, we often sponsor newly formed non-profit organizations.
